It sucks to not have friends. Don't worry you'll be meeting some amazing life long friends in just a couple years. The wait is worth it.

Life is about self improvement. If you want to be successful, you need to be good enough to do so, so really learn what it is that you want, what’s holding you back, and how to get better at that thing. If you can’t improve, you lose, so you better figure out how to win.

Be very picky selecting a life mate to marry; he should be kind with an easy going personality, enjoys being humorous, treats you with respect, is a hard worker with a decent career, likes animals, HAS THE SAME INTEREST AS YOU DO, and ... good looks mean nothing - they disappear quickly if he’s incompatible and a dick.

I doubt 10 year old me would understand any advice I'd try to give but if I could have comprehended it, then it would be to spend more time with my parents. Get to know them for real, as individuals. Make sure they know how much you love them before they are gone.

Tough question. There’s lots of advice I could give ten year old me, but I’m not sure how much of it ten year old me would take seriously.
Best I got: do homework early, don’t procrastinate, the sooner you get done the more time you’ll have for fun and it will help your grade in the long run. It’s really not that hard.

Most men can't be trusted. Promises mean nothing to them so don't expect them to keep them. If you catch feelings for someone, ignore it and get over it.
Romantic feelings and relationships only hurt you.

Yes, get a college degree no matter how useless it may seem. It is definitely useful unless you have a successful business and the drive to succeed without one or more.

I know it’s hard having boundaries. Someday you’ll meet people who respect them.

Don't take Zoloft during middle school, because your parents and your doctor are wrong. Also, don't talk during middle school or high school.
(I was misdiagnosed with depression as a middle schooler and I was the annoying kid that never shut up, largely because of unnecessary Zoloft doses)
