My daughter is customizing her Jeep Wrangler to make it a replica of the Jeeps used in the original Jurassic Park movie. Would you want to own a movie/tv replica car?
If I could drive again, I want that car from Nash Bridges. That show with Don Johnson? I don't know what year it was but he drove a Barracuda convertible
Ohh....you’re thinking of Nash Bridges! He drove a badass 70 Barracuda Hemi Convertible! That’s a sweet car. Randomly....I was in Oakland ~20 years ago and they were filming some scenes downtown. It was the car that I recognized first!
anything from bond
I would want both the black Ferrari Dayton (real one that is) and the white Ferrari Testarossa from Miami Vice
Or the black Tumbler from the Batman movies...
Mystery Machine is cool😎
Scooby Doo van.
No joke......rotting in a backyard down the street from is a replica ‘Mystery Machine.’ I’m dying to pull it out of the weeds.
Baby — The 1967 Chevy Impala from Supernatural
About Kitt knight rider show
My first choice would be Burt Reynolds’ Trans Am from the Smokey and the Bandit series!
007 has had very awesome cars.. 👍
I want the general lee
That would be cool. I met John Schneider & saw his personal General Lee a few years back. It had no windshield wipers.
You beat me to it.
He has a music video on You Tube where he talks about an orange charger. My mom said “that’s Bo Duke”. I said “no, it’s John Schneider”. She just goes “ugh, youth”.
Anyway, I had to chose a song to learn how to sign. I chose this one:
You can see a back of an orange car in the video. Not sure if it’s the same or just an orange car.
In ASL, the song flows really really well.
You and your mom are both right of course...and the 01 car in the video is the General Lee. Kind of a fun fact...my cousin worked at the Academy of Country Music in the 70s and worked w John the singer. Her husband worked on the set of ‘Dukes of Hazzard.’ Years later....I met him in Reno at a car event...we were staying at the same hotel.
Funny that we’ve all met the same guy in different contexts.
I’ve never seen the Dukes of Hazard but I hear it was a fun show. Way before my time.
I watched it as a child and loved it when it first went on the air. In retrospect....it’s pretty silly.
Johnny Cash has a song call The General Lee all about the car...
Sooooo, a show about guys running from the police? Ummm, ok.
Context is everything! Hazzard County is corrupt!
Hazard County Kentucky?
it was Georgia. looked like the Duke boys always had a fun adventure. I still watch every nowandagain. worth the watch.
If you see a General Lee now a days, it does not have a flag on the roof anymore...
Only if it were the actual vehicle that was used in filming, not a replica.
Prop cars are bad daily drivers. They usually have stripped out shell interiors. They are beaten to death from stunts. They have holes in the body to mount cameras. Cool to own, not fun to drive.
I didn’t mean to drive. Mainly a conversation piece to stay in the garage
I am considering buying a Batmobile (1966)
A Flintstones car (with an engine) would be pretty sweet. A little hard on the local roads, perhaps.
I hope she has fun with that.
So many choices....but if it had to be just one....the original Bullitt 1968 Mustang Fastback.
Ferris Bueller - Cameron's dad's car.
I’ll take one batmobile, please
General Lee from Dukes of Hazard, K.I.T.T. From Knight Rider, the van from the A Team, the 1958 Plymouth Fury from Christine, plus so many more...😎 oh hells ya.
If you can get Hulu, you might be interested in watching Battle of the 80’s Supercars, with David Hasselhoff. It features Kitt, the A-Team van and Ponch’s motorcycle from CHIPS.
The Panther De Ville driven by Cruella De Vil in the films. Aww yeah.
I want the Back To The Future car, but only if it works successfully with regular unleaded gasoline.
Ha! The original Delorean had a wheezy Peugeot V6. I’m pretty sure it ran on regular...but given the chance I would put something better in it.
There is one of those in the area I live. I wouldn't want to drive it and I love that movie
