Mick Mulvaney has acknowledged Trump withheld aid from Ukraine at least partly to pressure Kiev to investigate the Crowdstrike conspiracy theory. When asked if this was a quid pro quo, Mulvaney replied, “We do that all the time with foreign policy”.
