No black conservatives spoke at the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther Kings " I Have a Dream" speech. Not Condi Rice,Ben Carson, Thomas Sowell, or JCWatts.Yet Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton spoke. Why is that?
