I'm off to exercise pretty soon how many of you exercise at least three times a week to get your heart rate up?
I'm forced to in PE. An evil PE teacher I had in elementary school has made me hate exercise ever since.

I do a lot of cardio but I can't work out very hard due to illness. (It literally makes me sick.) I want to get in shape and lower my cholesterol.
I work in a frequently violent environment, so exercise just kinda happens to me...
8 times a week four days a week morning and evening. Cardio morning and Strength and endurance exercises in the evening
I'm a stay-at-home-mom to a three-and-half-year-old. I seriously do not need to seek out ways to increase my heart rate.

Walking up the stairs currently gets my heart rate going (not out of shape, but have some not-problems currently). I workout doing things that are stretchy, not raising heart rate. Basically, yoga. But per the question, that's still a no.
Kettlebell three days a week.
I'm going to add yoga and swimming if I can ever figure out how to get myself to breath...
I love love love to run, but lately I just haven't had the time for it. I definitely miss it, though.
I have a couple heart problems tachycardia irregular beats and blood-pressure.
But I exercise, I do intervals which are good for your heart I don't have any blockage in my vessels thank you God!!
