Johana Medina Leon, 25, a transgender asylum seeker from El Salvador, held by ICE, died at an El Paso hospital. Only a year after 33 year old Roxsana Hernandez had died. The ACLU have requested an investigation of abuse and mistreatment. Thoughts?
