Democrats are poised for a Rejection Bill immediately following Trump’s Executive Order. Passing in the House but may not pass in the Senate, 51 votes needed. President Trump has veto powers. To override Trump’s veto Senate would then need 67 votes🤣

The bill is veto proof. He will need to look at other options.

Not necessarily.
Voting for the bill initially does not mean they will vote to override a veto

True, I suppose my thought was with that tally, why bother forcing another vote? Also, I had forgotten he has 10 days to sign the bill and then they have to vote on it again. Either way, it's a waste of time and it would've been a loss. IMO

Trump will have to keep appealing if this happens until it reaches the Supreme Court if it even goes that far, which Trump has somewhat of an advantage.

I don't know, but existing fences put in place by former presidents of both parties lead me to believe this is a partisan issue because certain individuals wanted to be a partisan issue.
