Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan, has been critical of crypto-currency and called Bitcoin a fraud. Well wouldn’t you know it, today his bank launched their own crypto-currency called JPMcoin. Did Jamie really hate crypto or did he just hate competition?

Whatever the case, Jamie Dimon is the sleaziest piece of shit we ever had to depose at the law firm where I worked. Only person I've ever heard of scoffing at the attorney when they extended a hand to greet him.

This is not really a crypto currency, I think they just call it that for attention. It's on a block chain, but it could as well have been called a crypto bond. It's going to be used for transfer of dollars and it's going to be equal to dollars. It's a means of transferring money abroad and this is where the block chain is really interesting and can transform how we move money etc. but it's going to be dollars, not Bitcoin etc.

True, it did say individuals will likely not be allowed to own it...unless Jamie can figure out how to make that profitable...

Drug dealers love Bitcoin. The money is not traceable.

I’m surprised he hasn’t announced political aspirations, he seems like the quintessential politician
