Turns out that the Green New Deal did actually plan to give money to the unwilling to work. The statements that AOC’s advisor said- that money for the unwilling to work wasn’t actually in the plan- was a lie. (See link)

Since all these 2020 hopefuls signed on the the GND, now they are changing parts and wordings if the GND. Dems are so dishonest. Geez !

The text of the resolution does not appear to support this claim. It seems more than just a stretch to equate the goal of providing all people of the United States with economic security with giving away money (4) (O) (iii), and I do not find the phrase "unwilling to work" anywhere in the document:

The original document of the GND was deleted from AOC’s website so any new rendition now does not include this portion.

Only one "rendition" was introduced in the house, and it clearly indicates "There is one version of the bill." Ideas are just that, ideas. What matters is what ideas are acted upon.

Here is the sentence I believe everyone is referring to and it reads like this: End unemployment in America once and for all by guaranteeing a job at a living wage for every American willing and able to work.

If that's the sentence, people are referencing, I would say that it's purposely vague and when you read the rest of the paragraph under it, never going to work.
