Show of Hands

Im planning a move in the coming years...heres the checklist: Stay in Midwest, smaller town (<20k), conservative-leaning ideal, close to a city for jobs, not flat (we love the hilly landscape). Any ideas? I'd love to hear from other Midwesterners.
