Do you ever have lower back pain?
Broke my back 18 years ago
My back pain was agonizing for years. I met an osteopath who fixed it the first time. I have been pain free ever since. I can tell any doctor how to fix sciatica. However, they do not want to hear for me
If i work really hard at my job i get lower back pain.
I've had it but not constantly. Leg pain tho
When I hurt my back....
I didn’t even know what sciatica was 6 months ago.
I don’t recommend it.
Yep... damn epidural 2003 😘
I only have low back pain on days that end in “Y”.
I’m only 15 but my back pack is so heavy and I have 3 big ol textbooks
I’ve been a few bad wrecks. Add in that I’m top heavy. Yep. Lots of back pain.
2 fractured vertebrae make this a daily issue. 😣
Transient pains all over, thanks to MS
I have been pain free since my discectomy surgery 2 summers ago.
yeah but mainly upper back
I'm different. I have upper back pain.
Yes; and every once in a blue moon my lower back goes out and I’m stuck in bed for days in tons of pain
The book that changed my life 40 years ago: “How To Treat Your Own Back” by Robin McKenzie. Good luck.
Rarely, and even then it's more like a bit of stiffness than pain. My ab routine has cured me of almost all of it.
I'm an infantryman. It comes with the job.
Yep. Fortunately it’s only occasional and self-treatable with easy exercises. I just lay on my back and raise my pelvis, then keep it elevated as high as possible until I feel the pain and keep forcing the pain maybe for 15 minutes... then I’m done until next time, and usually free of pain immediately and relatively pain free for several days and sometimes for a week or more.
I have a torn muscle that happens to be in my lower back, it sometimes flares up.
Rarely have lower back pain. Most of my pain is in my neck, shoulders, and shoulder blade area. I have pain there daily, and occasionally in my hips and lower back.
Got knocked flat on my tailbone while playing basketball once. That did not feel particularly good.
A lot and I’ve had spinal surgery on three different discs.
Sometimes… Sometimes I have menstrual cramps there & I also have an injury from a drunk driver hitting The vehicle I was in when I was in seventh grade.
I think almost everyone does. 😕
Often, sometimes debilitating.
Everyday. Wear a support but no one knows unless I'm literally about to collapse in a chair in pain. Screwed it up turning a 325# woman by myself.
I have had, but I no longer do, almost ever.
Those really suck!
I’m fortunate to not get cramps, but I get bad back pain. Also, ovulation constipation is the woooorst.
Oh my gosh. When you have both, it’s such a dilemma. Because bending backwards helps with the cramps and bending forward helps with the back pain. My niece has bad cramps right now, and she told me it was Midol time. I explained to her that Midol is just acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and caffeine. She read the label, and texted back, it is!! They call me Dr Kat, as did the people I used to work with. It’s because I read the labels and tell everyone what they should take. Lol! Hope you feel better. Ibuprofen should help your back. 😉
Literally once a year, I will get both. I honestly feel like I’m close to death. I’ve experienced pain before, but that one period will wipe me out. There’s like no helping it...except maybe laying on a hard floor. 😱TY. This period isn’t bad: three days with minimal back pain. 😅
You should change your name to: drkat 💩
Yeah, even though Im only 17, because Im pretty tall and taller people have back issues
