Have you ever made a decision which you knew would likely hurt you in the long run but you went with it anyway?

No, not really. Pretty much every decision I make has long-term benefits... that’s just how I think. I have made bad decisions in the face of ignorance.

I went through a rebellious time in college. I partied and had one night stands. A close friend talked to me about it and I settled down.

Smoking for 30 years, thankfully I’m done with that now but how much damage was done?

Less damage than if you were still smoking. Some decisions are better late than never.

I do this daily.
The more I walk, kneel, crouch, or stand the less likely I will beable to do it again tomorrow. Chronic pain is a bitch.
