Can a Patent be put on a method of education ? Or does it once it has been demonstrated become community property ?

You should ask a lawyer, as I assume this is a real, work-related question. All you are going to get here are uneducated guesses.

Possibly. If you’ve patented a product or a style, I don’t see why you can’t patent a method of teaching.

I know that methods can be patented I'm not sure about methods of Education though.

I have seen metal workers avoid showing methods that are patented.

I’m not sure they can patent the methods themselves, but I think there are ways to patent certain elements. For instance, I’m pretty sure certification programs (such as a PMP cert, for instance) patent or copyright what they teach. But, I believe what’s protected is course content, not a specific teaching method. Either way, patent law is very nuanced. Without asking a patent lawyer, I’m not sure anyone here is going to be able to give you a firm answer on this.

Sure, it’s intellectual property.
