I mean, technically, yes, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you look down on other races.

No. I’m pro everyone. It’s when you say “I’m black (or any other group) and that’s better than you.”, that there is a problem
If you’re pro-whatever than that means you’re anti-something. When using race, it is inherently racist to be anti-anything.

No. I support people who believe their skin color has nothing to do with anything any more than the color of the hair or eyes do. Now those red hair gingers on the other hand....
Being pro black and anti everyone who isn’t black would make you a racist, though.
It is as racist as being pro-white.
