No. I almost never eat anything with added sugar.

I did have half of a friend’s bread pudding the other night when we & her husband were at a pub, but it’s very rare that I have a dessert or sugary snack at all. (The bread pudding was fabulous, and worth the devastation to my weight loss efforts.)

Very rarely have any sugar.

Also now aiming to cut down on alternative sweeteners.

Maybe. I get energy from healthy fats and I’m not eliminating sugars or alternative sweeteners, plus there is gluconeogenosis.

I’m a terrible eater. I eat little meat or chicken (most nights a fresh veggie and potato and that’s it) - but an hour later I’m having my cookies and tea.
