Either looks like they should be flying over Disneyland😉
The right one is a little suggestive.
The flag of Auvergne
The flag of Auvergne is a banner of the arms "Or a gonfanon gules ringed and edged vert", assigned to the province by Jacques Meurgey. While Meurgey does not give any explanation of the arms, the gonfanon is said to stand for the banner used by Eustace III, Count of Auvergne and Boulogne, when he seized Jerusalem with his brother Godfrey of Bouillon in 1099.
Not as crazy about this flag.
The flag of the state of Karnataka, India
Yellow, white and red tricolour with a representation of the Coat of arms of Karnataka centred on the white band. There is no explanation of either the colors or coat of arms. It’s a cool flag though.
