Would you rather be really hungry all the time, or really stuffed all the time?
I hate the lethargy that comes from being stuffed/overeating (not to mention the shame 😞) so I chose hunger. I feel more productive.
I’d rather be comfortable silly!
I'd rather feel stuffed as long as I didn't gain the weight, have negative health benefits, or not be able to work out/be active because of the feeling.
I'll go with that as long as the benefits are included. 😕
