No, they don't even implement what they do pass as intended most of the time. Furthermore, there are way too many regulations that people must follow and some of them are extremely complicated.

They are the evil empire. Almost every federal agency and program in existence is unconstitutional under the tenth amendment, as are “regulations” made up by them and those who are not elected, but can result in prosecution for not following them.

Government bashing is fashionable and I'm not. I trust the government does what they think is in the best interest of the people though they can go wrong.
