I don’t like dark soft pretzels myself. I love Bavarian soft pretzels. They are delicious!
Pretzels but those look too light colored, the lye that pretzels and pretzel buns are treated with seems to be missing.

The lye coating seems to enhance the flavor of everything you eat it with, butter, cheese dip, egg salad as pretzel bun sandwich etc.
