Man w/ brain cancer sent to jail. Dr orders anti-seizure meds & instructs him to be placed on a bottom bunk. Meds delayed, he seized/falls from top bunk/sustains extremely serious brain injury. State settled for 4.75 mil. Taxpayers should be angry!
