Ted is straight. He believes his dog, Rosco, is gay. Ted is very outspoken about Rosco’s sexuality. Bob refuses to serve Ted or Rosco in his store because he doesn’t like gays of any kind. Is Bob violating the law by refusing to serve Ted and Rosco?
