Andy Kim confirmed to be the winner of NJ-3, beating incumbent MacArthur. This means NJ's congressional delegation has gone from 7-5 D to R, to 11-1 D to R. A great day for New Jersey Democrats! Just a reminder the election still isn't totally over.
