Hypothetical: Mueller finds Trump obstructed justice while POTUS. GOP Congress decides not to impeach. DNC win in 2020, and the new US AG in NY arrests Trump, brings case to fed court, he's found guilty, & sentenced to 20yrs. Should this be allowed?
