Show of Hands

Christians: Happy Feast of the Beheading of St John the Baptist. It is Eastern Christian tradition to not eat anything head shaped (orange, tomato, eggs, etc), use knives, or eat off a plate and to fast. Thoughts on this old/odd tradition?
