Martha al-Bishara, age 87, immigrated from Syria about 2 decades ago, & speaks mostly Arabic, decided to cut dandelions w/ a kitchen knife near a Boys & Girls Club. Someone called 911. Asked to drop the knife (she did not understand) they tased her.
