Will the Korean War end during the Trump presidency? Short clip explaining the Korean War.
I'm doubtful, but I'd be very glad to see the end of the war and the beginnings of reunification of the peninsula. The nation would be stronger together.
Almost a trick question. It’s been in the planning for a while between North and South Korea. Probably before years end. As far as reunification don’t hold your breath. When you vibrant economy such as South Korea you’re not going to give that up for a deprived communism government. However if NK will gave up communism for democracy it could happen but China doesn’t want that to happen. We’ll see.
The history of the south hasn't always been so free and democratic as you insinuate. I think realistically, unification would probably be federal, giving each government considerable control over their territories. But economic cooperation would be a great step forward for strenghtening both countries.
Kim is not to be trusted.
When Kim-Jong-Un visited South Korea. It was all over the news. Where I live at least.
I think they said latter this year.
A formal end to war is likely coming as a PR move but it will not change North Korean attitudes.
Don’t be sad.
Rons- Adams being realistic.
Being realistic would say we will wait and see what gets negotiated. Seems you guys are upset that Trump is looking to make peace in Korea. He done something the last 4 presidents were afraid to do.
I think so.
It seems that way.
