EA has announced that in Battlefield 5, the will be “no loot boxes, no premium pass.” Does this make you more likely to buy the game?

The big problem with the idea of no premium is that EA now has no obligation to put out decent content because all their money is gathered from microtransactions. With the premium system, they did not get paid until after content released because of people buying DLC, so they had to make it food. With skins being the main income now, EA already has their money.

But, I’m probably still gonna get BFV, the gameplay looked awesome and the live service model definitely has potential.

No, because I don't really play battlefield games.

But it's a step in the right direction, and it makes me more likely to recommend it to someone who does play them.
