If a video rental company similar to blockbuster opened up in your neighborhood would you use it?
You can buy or rent movies online or just watch them on Netflix or Hulu or any other apps or sites out there. No need to go to a store anymore.
No. I don't like movies.
I like buying movies. And I think I’d go once as a fun nostalgic date with my hubby
I wouldn't mind buying some cheap bluRay's. But I wouldn't rent anything
No. I can’t imagine what they would have that I couldn’t get from Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video.
If a more specialized place opened up, like the Mom & Son video shop that Blockbuster drove out of business in Morgantown, I would probably check it out (presuming it opened already populated with the inventory that place had when it unfortunately closed down...).
One just did. I️ want to check I️t out.
nostalgic for the ‘90s?
Probably. I miss blockbuster.
I still stream a lot, but it's different.
We have a family video near us and I love going there. I enjoy owning the blue rays for movies I love and I can get $5 blue rays after a movie has been out for a while
I’d use it like this: “Hey, Jenny, I’d love it if you came over to watch a movie. I was thinking we could pick it out together. There is a Blockbuster near my house. As you drive down Main Street, turn toward the Blockbuster on 35th Ave. I’m the third house on the left. Bring your laptop so we can watch Netflix.”
There’s still family video around here which is a company that’s basically the same as blockbuster. I never go there.
Same here. Ours shares a building with a pizza place, and they collaborate on deals.
No, that’s obsolete.
Nah that would involve getting off my ass.
Nope...that ship has sailed.
