Do assault rifles/ AR-15 need to be banned
The whole point of having the Second Amendment is to act as a final check on government power. If the government was to one day become tyrannical, the people could oppose it. This is the reason that we need access to military-grade weapons. While I certainly think that we need to ensure safety in public locations, including schools, it would be irresponsible to ban all assault rifles. Given that many of the internal checks and balances in government are falling apart, it makes more sense now than ever to ensure this final check remains.
AR-15 is NOT an assault rifle, is NOT military grade and should NEVER be banned because criminals don't follow laws and law abiding citizens who have a right do defend themselves do follow laws believe it or not
Ar-15 is not an assault rifle so, NO
FACTCHECK. Ar-15s are not assault rifles. AR-15s are semiautomatic, one trigger pull=one bullet. Assault rifles are rifles that can be switched back and forth from Semiautomatic to automatic. You are as uneducated as many liberals that are pro gun control. "The right to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed"
Well said ^
Of course not.
Guns are harmless until someone pulls the trigger.
No. You should not ban a gun for being “scary looking”
Why would they?
