On your days off, do you typically stay in bed past when you would have otherwise started work?
I work nights so I typically wake up early so I can go hiking or work in house and yard.
I have 3 Labrador Retrievers who make sure I don’t sleep in.
Yes, that's what days off are for!
I stay in bed later but wake up around the same time
4AM, every day
Right, it is usually 3:42
I have a 3 year old. I haven’t slept in for 3 years. 😵
I do yes but at the same time I stay up later also.
I have 5 kids, wtf is sleeping in?
My body automatically wakes up early
I wake up at 3:30 a.m. and I go to bed at 8 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
Sleep schedules are important.
Yard work and Family shit my Wife forces me to do.
Not really. I wake up about the same time. It mostly depends on what I have planned for the day off.
Absolutely! I’m normally at work before 7am. My off days, I am typically out of bed at 9-10am.
Yes, but I'm trying to put a stop to it and wake up at the same time every day
I'm up around 5:30 on weekdays. Weekends I usually sleep in til 7 or 8.
Sleep is important.
I usually work at 6 AM and will sleep until 8 or 9 on my days off.
Since I normally start my workday around 3AM Monday-Friday, well, YOU know the answer!
Get up at 6a to 7a every morning🌞
No. If I’m not up feeding at sunrise the horses will get mad and start kicking the barn.
For sure! I’m not a morning person. Now that school is out for the summer, that will be possible on many days! 👍🏽
I don’t, because I’m retired, but even when I was still working my first day back after the break was an evening shift, staring at 2 pm. I rarely slept in that late, even after my last shift before the break, when I wouldn’t have gone to bed until about 8 am.
Nope, we’re out the door at 5:30 or 6:00 for long bike rides or runs.
Gotta feed the dog every morning, once I'm out of bed no reason going back
