they are THE WORST

There customer service is terrible.

I have them for Internet. Terrible. Customer service is abysmal as well.

Well - our cable service was taken over by a subsidiary of Comcast and we now have RFD tv and cattle auctions. I have a negative opinion.

Quite negative.

It couldn’t be more negative unless it stopped working altogether, but since I have to call them again sometime today regarding another of their failures, the same one as last week, at this point I’m not sure even that would make much difference. If there was ANY alternative here, even at a higher price, I’d gladly dump them and never look back.

I can’t imagine liking a mega telecom.

Worst internet provider I have ever had.

I still have my RIAA warning from them for sharing a copy of Flash MX back in the early 2000s. Fuck Comcast. Their customer service is trash.
