There are many cultures which are predominantly white.

This is true for every race.
"Black culture" as seen in the US is quite different from most African cultures, even though they are just as black.

I agree and disagree, White People have culture in ethic groups, like Irish, German, French, etc.,. But culture for Whites in general no.
