In principle, do you believe that the customer is always right?
In principle that should be the case when it’s employer vs customer, not necessarily employee vs customer though.
I saw a video the other day where a woman pulled down her pants and pooped right there in front of the Walmart counter. She was clearly wrong. So no, no the customer is not always right

No ive worked in the service industry, customers are garbage.
People are cheap. And companies want to take advantage of people. It’s a fine line 🤷♂️
In principle, yes. In reality, hell no, and you have to be prepared accordingly.
