You live in Missouri and you’re pointing fingers? Bold move....but I would put MS KS and OK at the bottom.

Southklahoma. Or Northexas. No way to pick between them, they are equally unpleasant, although the southern twin has worse weather.

I like to think every state has its goods and bads.

I haven’t been to all of them so I don’t know

Texas. But there are runners up... New Jersey (solely bc why does it smell so bad when you drive through on the ugly turnpike?), Mississippi, Alabama, plus a whole clump of states in the middle.

The northern part of the turnpike is all factories and the Newark Airport. That's why... The southern parts of that same road are ok.

I think it’s gross bc it’s only really notable in NJ. I’ve driven by other factories/airports but in terms of odor that section never fails. I’m admittedly bitter too bc I drove to Atlantic City(🀒) recently and made amazing time... until I hit NJ. 😑 It’s not pleasant to drive through that but it’s worse to sit/crawl through it.

Yea it basically just sucks here haha.

Well, I'd say it's Tennessee, except @shippy44 lives there, so that puts it a few notches above such cesspools as Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Oh hell, they're all so awful...so hard to pick just one...

South Carolina wins. It's just a desolate wasteland down there, with rotted shacks and weed-strewn cottonfields as far as your averted eyes can see.

Y'all want some Boiled Peanuts to go with your Pee-Can Pie? That'll help pass the week in jail you're serving for going 2mph over the Speed Limit. ...Yeah, you can keep GA :p.

As for Tennessee, the only reason @shippy44 hangs his hat there is because all his Exes live in Texas.

Well maybe we can kick the Republicans out of our Governor's Mansion and State Congress, and that will change :D

Eh, what can I say...I was born here, I'll probably die here, and the surrounding environment will do whatever it will. It's like the old saying...you can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you probably shouldn't pick your friend's nose.

Connecticut here sucks. Highest taxes in the country, bad weather, only good thing here are the schools and even they have their flaws.

Every state has its pluses and minuses. For me, I consider the state’s culture, economy, government, and weather. No state is perfect, but the US certainly has a lot of great places to live.

Mississippi, no contest. Some people say Alabama, but Birmingham is much, much nicer than Jackson. I’d take Atlanta over either one any day, obviously.
