Agreed. Saturday a perky little blonde walked out of the grocery, got into her red sports car parked in Handicapped and left her cart right in the middle of another Handicapped spot. Clueless, could not care less, inconsiderate ... you name it. .
The fine should be at least $500 for people like that.
I thought about shaking my cane at her but decided she probably wouldn’t care. So I just said to myself: I hope she gets a flat tire. 😊 .
My everyday carry pocketknife has a glass breaker and a seat belt cutter. I'm thinking of a non-emergency use for that glass breaker...😃 Jk, police...
