CA Gov. Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown will send 400 Nat'l Guardsmen to the border, not to help Trump defend against the "caravan" but to aid in reduction of drug, weapon, and sex trafficking. Is he saying the border actually is a conduit for bad things?
