Have you ever been a part of a musical group (band, choir, glee club, etc.)?
Been in choir since age 5
I was in show choir from 7th to 12th grade. We won a few national championships back in my day and are (to this day) considered as one of the top 10 in the nation.
No big deal or anything haha
Band geeks ftw
I so wish the show choir I was in, in the 86-87 school year, had been like on Glee. Artie is loved, accepted & incorporated into the choreography like he should be. I had to move & sway in my chair beside everyone. I was never in the middle of things and certainly never featured. Thank you A.D.A!
Choir is my life. Did orchestra from 4th-7th grade. I'm always in musicals
Bands all through my elementary, middle, and high school. Continued band in college and even got a music performance minor. Plus a couple years in drum corps. Now I work as a pharmacist and play in three community music ensembles. I'd say it keeps me out of trouble, but I'd be lying. ;)
I did choir is middle school. There really is a thing called glee club? I thought it was just an awful tv show.
Band (in school). Hopefully a real band some day...
Head star in my choir not trying to brag
Dose musical theater count?
Been playing lead bass for over 20 years. Currently in an original band (getting ready to record cd) and cove band.
I am in no way musical.
Second soprano girls glee in HS
I am a self-admitted choir nerd. I participated in choir from 5th grade until I graduated from college, usually two choirs at a time. Choir was the only thing that kept me from dropping out of high school and going for my GED.
Horseradish isn't an instrument either...
Second soprano in Girls Glee I high school. I LOVED it!
Yeah, my parents forced me to do choir. It was awful.
Choir in mid-school.
Frikin hated it!
Why do choir people insist on being a holes?
Because those kinds of choir kids think they'll win a Tony Award before they're 30. I feel your pain, though; I hate having to sing with people like that.
I was in my 5th grade choir(:
Just went to my first choir contest tonight... Lets just say I'm glad it's my last.
Toured the world with a band for 4 years.
Marching band! :D ????
I've been in a choir since I was 9. Just please don't ever ask me to do a solo.
Ever hear if an LA hair band called Warrant?
????She's my cherry pie ????????????????????
Ain't America great? Where else could 65% of the population have the time, encouragement, and money to indulge themselves by just being musical?
I've never NOT been! Singer, choral conductor, percussionist, jazz drummer, recorder player (Baroque woodwind instrument).
Hell no, I'm an introvert.
I would NEVER pick choir as an activity, in school or otherwise. I'm also an introvert.
But sadly, it was the only way my schedule would work.
Numerous choirs. :) I love to sing. :)
An awesome Alternative Folk band, called Average Black Bears. Weird name, I know...check us out.
That was a SHAMELESS plug for my own band. Don't judge.
Is mayonnaise an inst.....
Oh, never mind
What in the hell is that from
That went right over their heads lol
An infamous episode of SpongeBob Squarepants.
Pretty funny scene
Ooh, thank God my son doesn't like that show
why so musically uninspired, Maine?
Chorus for a few years and we put on plays in high school.
Church choir when I was a kid.
Band, jazz band and guitar class... Woop!
I've been in different choirs since I was seven. I also played flute in band for a year.
Flute in a symphonic band, concert band, pep band, marching band, and flute choir. I'm learning the sax for jazz band too :)
I'm currently a trombone player in concert band, jazz band, orchestra, and when it's the time of year pep band, marching band, and county band. I have a lot of band geek pride..... Lol
I played clarinet, bass clarinet and contra bass clarinet (when needed) in middle school band.
It wasn't my choice and it wasn't my choice of instrument either. I am pretty close to tone deaf and have almost no sense of rhythm.
Music is not my forte.
Choirboy in elementary school.
Go St. Aloysius.
Any of those things except glee club require talent I don't have. I'm not sure what it is that glee club requires, but I'm pretty sure I don't have that either.
I was in band in 5th grade, the instructor told me I was awful and I should quit.....people in band are mean in my county
La trompeta y the french horn in skool band
I was in a Revolutionary War themed fife and drum corps when I was a kid but didn't play an instrument.
Orchedorks of the world unite.
I'm...wearing my chorus t-shirt right now, actually, lol.
As a child my mother made me join a church choir.
The first practice they indicated that I could leave, my singing was so bad.
Where did you grow up? They must have had an amazing choir to turn you away. I've never seen anyone turn a child away. :-)
