After the PA Supreme Court ruling, PA's districts have now be redrawn. In 2016, Clinton won 6 of the old districts & Trump won 12; using the new districts, Clinton won 8 & Trump won 10. So, it's likely that Democrats will pick up 2 seats in 2018.
