Show of Hands

Budgets grow bc Dems=social programs; Reps=defense. Social progs scale/scope=laws from Cong. signed by POTUS. Cong. won't vote on wars, and Troops now fighting 5+. Means scale/scope/$ for Defense $ is really up to the POTUS. I see this as a problem.
