Excluding 2004 (doesn't count cause of 9/11), Republicans haven't won the popular vote for presidency since 1988 (GHW Bush). In 2000, Bush lost the pop. vote by 500k. In 2016, Trump lost by 2 mil. Is this evidence that the people are rejecting Reps?
