An emergency alert (see link) has been sent reading “BALLISTIC THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.” HI Rep. Gabbard has tweeted this was a false alarm. What action should be taken following this horrible mistake?
