12/13/17: case dismissed: As the case was being dismissed, Judge Lillard said, “I think it was clearly a case of prosecutorial misconduct.” Man served 28 yrs for child molestation. Wishing Mr Clark Merry Xmas and the prosecutors a bah humbug.
