Do you think the 10 commandments are generally good rules to follow even if you don't believe in God?
If you do think so feel free to comment which ones are good, I personally think the first 3 aren't necessary for me but the others are typically good rules to go by.

The three that are relevant (all of which are broadly accepted without being "commandments"), yes, but not because they are "commandments". The other seven, not at all.

Many of them do pertain to a specific god. Those which don't are mostly OK general guidelines, but sort of obvious ones.
Obviously only those who don't refer to God; they would be meaningless to an atheist.
