I use to play the flute and clarinet. It’s been years. I doubt I can remember much.
Well, for over thirty years, I was a Soloist Level recorder player (a step down from Virtuoso). My mind can still play, but my fingers have been misshapen by diabetic neuropathy and arthritis. I have recorders in sizes from six inches to over six feet long, thousands of dollars’ worth in precious woods like rosewood, ebony, plumwood, maple, and cherrywood, and I can’t even play a scale on any of them now. 🎼♪

I have one VHS tape and an audio cassette. I will have to wait for my son to come home at Christmas! Oh, and I’m pretty sure I have an MP3 of a song I played on that was recorded on an LP. I’ll try to find that in my music library.
Can't play piano anymore...decades out of practice. I also used to play semi-pro racquetball......and I haven't picked up my racquet in 16 years....I imagine I wouldn't be that competitive anymore.

Many, replaced with newer proficiencies. Any skill I have ever mastered can be regained with minimal effort, when it becomes necessary or interesting enough to bother.

As a child, I could issue a shriek that carried for a mile. I did that once at home and our house guests were stunned and gasping.
