Are you a good athlete?
500 Pound Club, junior year. I bench 165 and squat 335.
I can run a sub 5:30 mile and an 18 minute 5k, so I’d say yes.
Not as good as I used to be.
I was in my youth
Normally, yes. I have run an 18:02 cross country 5k (female) and can play most other sports with some degree of skill. As of now, I am sick and on crutches for a knee injury. Life is good.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💝😂😔😂😂😂😂😂😂💝😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 uh, no
My ability at any sport is inversely proportional to the movement required. I shot a pretty good game of pool at one time. You’re almost motionless while doing it.
I used to be an Olympic class swimmer. But I'm old now.
God no. I've had shin splints, bursitis, fractures all from really basic exercise because of my bad joints, all before I'm 16.
I had to say no... because I’m a great athlete
I was pretty darn fast when I ran track my first two years of high school. I really wish I had stuck with it. No telling where that path might've taken me.
Was...I’m getting old. LOL
Not any more...
Nope I’m in my late 30s. Those days are long gone.
Dam sure would have took a knee too....lol
Should have went to the NFL
Kind of. I’m above the population average for 20 year old males. I’m average for the fitness crowd, and abysmal for competitive standards. 5:35 min/mi personal record sounds good until you realize that most track athletes my age run sub 4:30 if they don’t want to be left in the dust for the 1600.
Yeah. I'm a good racquetball player and distance runner. I usually place in the top 5% at any local 5k, 10k, or mud run.
Better hand-eye coordination and anticipation than anyone I’ve ever met. And I tend to win at every sport, even ones I just started playing, like volleyball... Guess that’s another reason I’m not a democrat.
The older I get, the *gooder I was!
* @tlaney1 - Please don’t hold me in contempt...🙂
I used to be, 20 years ago.
Now, I just ache. 😂😂
A good athlete: compared to my neighbor, yes.
Those days are over 🤣
In some respects. I'm not that coordinated but I'm very fast & flexible.
i’m strong but i’m not fast, explosive, or in relatively good shape. i’ve tried just about every sport out there
The only sport I was ever any good at was soccer.
Endurance cyclist. :) My longest ride was 140 miles in 11.5 hours.
Very good athlete, especially when it comes to basketball. Just trapped in a 5’10 165 body.
Better than most, not as good as some
Miami U Track and Field!
Not anymore. Was a collegiate athlete but broke a couple of vertebrae. Still stay active, but just a shadow of my former self.
I’m barely fit enough to be a good spectator.
Wasnt at first, but now i am
I was. I don't know if I'll be able to run after I get my knee scoped (torn meniscus), but I used to play basketball for at least an hour a day when I was in college...it was part of my workout routine. Weight machines, 2 miles on the track, basketball.
These days, I had been jogging 1.3 miles a day, and doing crunches and freeweights.
I am not naturally athletic
Not good at sports but I'm in good shape
Not as M of A athlete as I used T be, B still P more athletic T the A person
What are you doing with those letters
Is T a question O a statement?
Y didn’t use A punctuation
Anaerobic sports like lifting and shooting, yes
I’m a good recreational athlete. By no means, could I play a D1 sport. You have to be quite the athlete to play any D1 sport for any D1 school.
In my younger days....I was ‘good. Now I’m ‘good for my age.’ Big difference.
In the distant past. Now I'm a good ex-athlete.
used to be better, but still pretty good.
Not in a conventional sense, but I work out 5-6 days a week, so I would still say so. I’m not great at traditional sports (anything involving a ball, basically). But dance, yoga, spinning, running, and strength training still count in my book!
No. I'm fit and do a lot of hiking and biking, but I'm not that coordinated and never made a great athlete.
Not anymore since my joints are so damn unstable. Used to be a good dancer, also great at yoga, ppl asked me tons about teaching. Was good at swimming for like a year but hated getting cold. Now one ultimate frisbee game wrecks my knees for over a month. So working out is pt basically
Was-yes. Am-I do ok for an old lady
"Was" is the word. Getting too old now, but was a good all around athlete. I still run, lift weights, bike, and ski.
I peaked at like 17 lol
Decent, I’m good at watching great athletes.
Can score goals.
Depends on what athlete is defined as.
I mean if you compare it to the rest of America, anyone who can run for more than 30 seconds is a pretty good athlete.
