Today, we just found out that my cousin got married two weeks ago. Nobody knew-even her parents-and nobody attended. Did you invite people to your wedding?

I’m not married by my parents were just married by a guy who married people. Kind of like a courthouse marriage

Nope. I was overseas when I got married. My family could make it. They knew, just couldn't travel half way around the world.

I’m not even dating right now, let alone looking at getting married anytime soon.

I think the wedding should be how the couple wants it to be. Maybe the family could have a party for them, so everyone can celebrate.

Yeah. But it's kinda sad that my uncle and aunty weren't invited. It's also kind of sad when you say that nobody attended your wedding.

I know. I recently had to make that decision, and am glad that we decided to have a small wedding instead of a Justice of the Peace. My mother was able to be there, and she passed away less than 2 weeks later. I cherish that she was there, and got to see the wedding, and her loved ones.
