I do it and they treat me like a damned rapist every time, makes me sick. I stopped doin it. That pisses me off so bad I wont even go out with them anymore.

Yes it is, thank god. Chivalry (a medieval creation) was, as one can expect, horribly sexist.

Medieval Chivalry is most certainly dead, but your question certainly pertains to our romanticized concepts of Chivalry from movies in the 40s and 50s. ...I think that Chivalry is becoming lost, but not entirely forgotten.
