On average, how many meals do you eat a day?
As many times as I can. Most days 3, but sometimes I add a 4th late at night.
Lunch and dinner
Is a snack a meal? I say yes
2 ½. Lunch isn't really a "meal"
I don't eat a full lunch
My first meal is usually a protein shake.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an afternoon snack and maybe one after dinner.
Morning and night for my pills. Lunch because I'm hungry.
I eat between 12-1pm & between 5-6pm.
On weekends I eat breakfast with my kids.
I thought my eating habits sucked huge ass, but after reading a lot of these comments I feel somewhat better lmao
1-2 because my life sucks
2 in college (basically a brunch and dinner) and 3 at while at home. Later night snacking is not uncommon in my dorm.
6. Actually 3 meals and 2-3 small snacks. Usually a piece of fruit and a hand full of nuts.
2 on Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
1 on Saturday Sunday Wednesday
6:35 ( before school)
11:25 (B Lunch)
15:30 ( come home from school)
20:45 ( Dinner)
21:50 ( Supper)
3 if I could my (current) usual apple + a tablespoon or two of peanut butter in the mid-afternoon as lunch; 2 if I count that as a "snack." I count it as lunch (otherwise I feel a little deprived, even though that's all in my head) so I voted 3.
Always save room for dessert.
1 (lunch) because I have really bad eating habits
Tough to answer. I have an eating disorder, so it's not always consistent.
It used to be two, but I’ve started having a protein shake for breakfast. So now it’s 3.
Totally depends. Ill range from nothing to like 7 XD. The student life is a weird food one
Dinner (for Breakfast), Lunch at work, and snacks throughout the night.
First breakfast, second breakfast first brunch, second brunch, Snack, first lunch, second lunch, snack, First dinner, second dinner, third dinner, snack, repeat.
So basically one that just all day.
Typically three meals and two protein snacks
2. I know it's not healthy to skip breakfast but I can't spend the time to make anything decent, and I don't really care for the traditional quick breakfast foods, like cereal, oatmeal, etc.
5-6 meals a day.. A total of 4k calories on lifting days. 💪
I'm a snacker/"grazer".
A big meal makes me feel bloated and sluggish.
Usually two or three: lunch, dinner, and sometimes breakfast. Occasionally it's one, with only dinner.
My first class starts at 11:30 and I get home close to dinner time so I usually end up sleeping through breakfast, skipping lunch, and only eating dinner. The diet has worked out pretty well for me. I can have decent, normal sized meals while still losing weight.
Usually it's 3
Two meals and healthy snacks throughout the day.
Picked two, lunch, dinner, dessert, and dessert dessert, but really it’s closest to one, with the first course coming at midday, and the last finished just before bed.
I’m lucky if I get two in, but I snack, too.
I'm the typical three-a-day eater, with an occasional snack.
2 is a good day for me. It’s normally only one during the week though
Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. Occasionally a snack but I don’t count that as a meal
I work overnights and we're too busy to take dinner/breakfast breaks, so I generally eat twice a day. Once before work and once after work.
One, in the evening.
3, sometimes 2, with a couple healthy snacks.
1 maybe 2
Two and several small snacks throughout the day.
3 actual meals but some days I snack between meals
