Since 1945: Israel is the top foreign aid recipient: 2016 USA-Isreal Pact has pledged 38 billion over the course of 10 yrs (27percent increase). Should the next pact pledge (A1) provide more funds/slight reduct. or (B1) substantial cuts/no funding?
