Read one word into that and I already knew it was bad news. That one word was "California"

Lol, now instead of hiring a hit man, you can hire an infected prostitute and just ruin somebody's life instead of outright killing them.

I invite a study to be done. How can so many people be made to think so ridiculously stupid? Not just this specific issue, but Jerry Clown has been coming up with a bunch.
How can a state go further and further to the wired? Is it the schooling? Demagoguery? Immigration? Re-education programs given by angry HR departments? Chemicals in the water? Long-term effects of too much light drugs, sun, and easy weather? Lack of good Italian food???

Shameful!
Another reason I want my house to stand long enough so it can pay for my retirement getting outta here.

I feel very unsafe now. Not snowflakey speaking, but medically speaking.
He's putting a political agenda ahead of health sense.

What's next? Banning toothbrushes because the. Rustles are white?

Actually, the premise for this was to allow homosexuals infected with HIV to donate blood. I don't know about you, but I certainly don't want a transfusion from adulterated blood. The people arguing that it's safe are nuts and should line up for the first transfusions.

“Hey Cali, we want you to back off some of this huge government control on people’s everyday life”
“Ok, will make it easier to spread HIV!”
“....” “...You’re... bad at this whole ‘governing’ thing...”

I’m going to play Devil’s Advocate, and say, You took the risk. The responsibility is on YOU. Do you really want government in your bedroom? Besides, to this day they STILL can’t prove HIV causes AIDS.

I'm confused here.
If I get injured and need a transfusion, how is it my fault if I get a bat bottle of blood?

Making a form of attempted murder a misdemeanor is definitely a bad idea, and that's an understatement. Good job California, you have officially become the most insanely regressive state in the nation. I hope you're proud of yourselves.
